I can't inspect my Flow

If your app connection is broken, the Flow execution will not start, preventing unnecessary runtime and failed executions. As a result, you won’t be able to inspect your Flow until the connection is restored.

Why Does This Happen?

  • A broken app connection means Shopstory cannot access the required data or perform actions.

  • To avoid unnecessary processing, the system halts execution before the Flow starts.

  • This ensures efficiency by preventing incomplete or failing operations.

How to Fix It:

  1. Check the App Connection – Ensure the integration is active and credentials are valid.

  2. Reconnect the App – If the connection has expired or been revoked, reconnect it via the settings.

  3. Test the Flow Again – Once the connection is restored, re-run the Flow to verify execution.

By maintaining active app connections, you can ensure seamless Flow execution and avoid disruptions in your automation
