How to use "Variable"

The Variable Utility allows you to define different types of variables that can be reused throughout your flow, making it easier to manage and apply consistent values.

Available Variable Types:

• Value: Store a predefined value to be used across multiple flow elements.
  Example: Save a discount percentage (e.g., 10%) and apply it to different calculations in your flow.

• Text: Define a reusable text string.
  Example: Store a common email subject line (e.g., "Monthly Performance Report") to use in automated email flows.

• Number: Set a numerical value that can be referenced in various steps.
  Example: Save a threshold value (e.g., 100) to trigger alerts when a metric exceeds this limit.

• Google Sheets Spreadsheet: Create a sheet variable that can be accessed throughout your flow.
  Example: Specify a Google Sheets file containing product data to use in automated reporting.

• Google Search Console Property: Store your Search Console Property for reuse in different steps.
  Example: Define your website's Search Console Property to automatically fetch SEO performance data.

• Notification Settings: Choose a preferred notification method, such as email or Slack.
  Example: Set Slack as your notification channel to receive alerts when a workflow completes.
